Welcome to Golf Carts Nation. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, located at golfcartsnation.com, and the purchase of our vehicles and services from our Brooklyn flagship facility or via our digital platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Custom Build Agreements

  • Bespoke Services: We specialize in “one-of-one” custom builds designed to your specific aesthetic and performance requirements.

  • Design Approval: Once you approve a custom build sheet, any subsequent changes may result in additional labor and material costs.

  • Production Timelines: While we strive for precision, estimated completion dates for custom vehicles are subject to parts availability and global supply chain fluctuations.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Quotes: All pricing quotes provided via our website or in person at our Brooklyn showroom are valid for 14 days.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks.

  • Financing: Financing is provided through third-party lenders such as Sheffield Financial and Synchrony. All credit approvals, interest rates, and loan terms are determined solely by the lender.

4. Shipping, Logistics, and Title

  • Title Transfer: Ownership and title of the vehicle transfer to the customer once the vehicle is fully paid for and departs our Brooklyn facility.

  • Nationwide & International Transport: We act as your agent in coordinating specialized transport. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier schedules, customs clearance, or port congestion.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the vehicle is signed for and loaded onto a transport carrier, the risk of loss or damage shifts to the carrier and the customer’s insurance.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Bespoke Designs: Any custom design, branding, or modifications engineered by Golf Carts Nation remain the intellectual property of the brand.

  • Website Content: All imagery, logos, and text on this site are protected by copyright and may not be used without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Vehicle Use: Golf Carts Nation is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal penalties resulting from the improper use of a golf cart or the operation of a Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) on unauthorized roads.

  • Warranty: New vehicles are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties (e.g., Evolution, EZGO, Atlas). Golf Carts Nation provides service for these warranties at our Brooklyn center but is not the primary warrantor for third-party manufactured parts.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any legal actions related to your purchase must be filed in the courts located in Kings County (Brooklyn), NY.
